1. Agreement to These Terms

You must not upload, share, transmit, or otherwise make available through BoysDo any content that depicts or involves individuals under the age of 18, whether in an erotic context or otherwise. The prohibition on child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is absolute and unconditional. 6. Content Standards

All content uploaded to BoysDo must comply with the following requirements. 7. Intellectual Property — Your Content

By posting content on BoysDo, you grant BoysDo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform. This licence includes the right to display your content to other users of BoysDo, to include it in promotional materials for the platform, and to reformat or resize it for technical purposes. This licence continues for as long as your content remains on the platform and terminates when you delete your content, subject to any copies that may be retained in backup systems for a reasonable period.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload to BoysDo, that you have obtained all necessary consents from individuals depicted in your content, and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

8. Intellectual Property — BoysDo's Content

All intellectual property in BoysDo's platform, including its design, interface, branding, editorial content, written materials, and the selection and arrangement of content on the platform, is owned by or licensed to BoysDo. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of BoysDo's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

You are permitted to access and use BoysDo's platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or commercial rights in respect of BoysDo's intellectual property. 12. Suspension and Termination

BoysDo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, that your conduct poses a risk to other users or to the platform, or for any other reason that we determine, in our sole discretion, warrants action.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination of your account, whether by you or by BoysDo, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Content you have posted may be retained for a period following account termination for legal, safety, or operational reasons, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers

BoysDo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
